WILLIAMSON CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT

2010-2011 SCHOOL YEAR

FREE TO DISTRICT RESIDENTS

ELIGIBLE STUDENT MUST TURN 4 BY DECEMBER 1, 2010

The Williamson Central School District has established a Universal PreKindergarten program at our Elementary School.  Any child within the district, who will be four years of age by December 1, 2010, may be enrolled. (Students with birth dates between 12/2/05 and 12/1/06.)

The District has received funding through a state grant that has allowed us to operate two (2) half-day morning session and two (2) half-day afternoon sessions.   The UPK program takes place Monday through Friday. The UPK classroom options are outlined below so that you can make choices for your family situation.

All slots will be filled by a lottery drawing from those that have applied. If you choose only one of the programs and your child is not selected for it, they will be placed on a waiting list. We encourage you to indicate as many options as you can to increase the chance your child’s name will be chosen.
