Fitness Testing

  • Williamson Middle School Fitness Testing        

                                             

    In the Middle School we use the Marauder Fitness Test to evaluate  students personal fitness levels. Each test has a set of standards that show where the student ranks.  The standards were developed based on National Fitness Standards.

     

    1)  Push Ups (Upper Body Strength

    2)  Curl Ups in 1 Minute (Muscular Endurance)

    3)  Shuttle Run (Agility)

    4)  V-Sit (Flexibility) 

    5)  Mile Run (Cardiovascular endurance)
