On August 11 and 12, Williamson CSD Building Planning Teams (BPT’s) convened to unpack district priorities for the 2025–26 school year. These teams are composed of educators, staff, and district stakeholders, and aligned on district-wide goals and building-level strategies that will directly support student growth and community engagement.

These educational sessions focused on district essential objectives:

Student Achievement – Advancing excellence in literacy and math, with a commitment to ensuring all students reach their full potential.

Culture of Caring – Fostering respect, belonging, and well-being for every member of the school community.

Community Connections – Strengthening relationships with families and the broader community through clear, personalized communication.

During these sessions, teams engaged in goal-setting around the focal areas of Literacy, Math, Respect and Personalized communications. These BPT’s will work and monitor progress throughout the 2025–26 school year to enhance practice and strengthen outcomes aligned to these objectives.

“By coming together at the start of the school year, our teams are laying the foundation for meaningful progress,” said Superintendent Ashton. “This work reflects our deep roots in the community, our core values, and our commitment to bright futures for every student.”
