Middle School students visit WTCC to learn about program offerings

On Jan. 25th and 26th, our 7th and 8th graders visited the Wayne Technical and Career Center to learn about the programs offered and to explore potential career pathways.

Students got to try out the heavy equipment simulator and take a tour through a garage with current automotive technology students; hold guinea pigs and learn about the animal science program; try their hand at hairstyling in the cosmetology department; experiment with the workstations in the electrical trades section, and much more!

A full list of programs offered at the Tech Center can be found here: https://www.wflboces.org/wayne-technical-and-career-center/programs-and-pathways-clone

If your student is interested in a program offered at WTCC, please email Tracy O'Hara at tohara@williamsoncentral.org for more information.
